SHIPPING:

We offer three shipping options via UPS anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States. For Hawaii and Alaska customers, please select Expedited only. At this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO or other US Territories.

  • Priority (3 Business Days)
  • Expedited (2 Business Days
INTERNATIONAL:

We are currently unable to ship outside the United States. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at orders@dimensionaldecor.com.

RETURNS:

All of our products are made-to-order and personalized in nature and we cannot accept returns. We are not responsible for customer input errors (e.g., typos, wrong dates, bad photos) so we encourage you to double check the information that you provide, prior to placing your order.

EXCHANGES:

At Dimensional Décor we take great pride in our products as well as the many facets of production. Prior to shipping we carefully inspect your order to ensure everything is just right. Upon receipt, if you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us immediately so we can make things right.

To expedite a replacement, email us within 5 business days of receiving your product to orders@dimensionaldecor.com. Please include your order number along with a brief description and photo of the defect and/or shipping damage. Someone from our team will be in touch within 1-2 business days.
